BrainyCore website provides knowledge, training and other services to BrainyCore employees and clients and participants in any of BrainyCore programs. BrainyCore clients are usually businesspeople or training firms or organizers of training events or trainers or trainees. BrainyCore provides services designed by BrainyCore or any of its providers and hosted on clients’ websites. BrainyCore collects data about users of such services under supervision of BrainyCore clients.

BrainyCore generally only uses personal information to provide feedback about a User's activity on an BrainyCore-hosted customer web site. For example, BrainyCore may use personal information to inform a User of his or her performance on tests, or the number of training modules that a User has used. BrainyCore may also use personal information to send e-mails to a User, such as reminder e-mails that the User has not completed certain online courses.
